Again we ask for what you want to bring to NordicFuzzCon and our glorious circus. The Event Form is now incorporated in our system as an Activity Declaration, same thing, but more streamlined.
If you have sent this in before you will notice a few updates:

• Instead of free text fields we have option you can pick with what NFC can supply.
• This is for anything major you intend to do, if it is to have a Meet and Greet, a scheduled restaurant visit downtown or if you want to film the castle with a drone, tell us about it, and we can help you with organising it.
• We intend to have a short introduction on how to fill in the form in a link we have not set yet.
• Add them up, our system takes care of the rest, if you want 5 microphones, check 1 microphone and 4 microphones, just count binary.

WARNING: Do not use the back button! Proceed through the registration of your event and then go back to it to edit it. This is available through the entire acceptance process.

So again we ask you, our wonderful attendees and STEW, to submit us your ideas for things you want to hold at NFC 2026.
You only need three things to make your Activity official, an idea, a title and a user. You can create the user immediately or when you submit your first proposal.
This user is not connected to your NFC account or anything and only applies to proposals. This also means any issues with your user should be addressed to [email protected] rather than NFC IT.
This also means that you can have a department user that you all share.
We are interested in seeing what you can come up with. Anything from pie design contest to some obscure meet and greet. So please let us know and we will together see if we can make it happen. Please also write an Abstract (please no markdown) that will show up in short form information, when you are good and ready to come with a good sales pitch.
